Refund & Returns Policy

Wholesale Angel does accept refunds and exchanges on products, however, due to the nature of the products we sell and the handling process, we will charge for collection of your items and re-delivery of a new item.

We will gladly refund any purchase in the unlikely event that the item is damaged/faulty or not to a high quality standard.

If you are unhappy with any of the products you buy from us, please notify us at Wholesale Angel immediately via the online submission form or the following number: +971 526 042 894. We will be required to collect the product within 24 hours after you have notified us. Please ensure you have signed with the collection driver that he has picked up the item from you.

Once we have received the products back from you, we will gladly replace your purchase or, in the case of unavailability, refund your purchase and original delivery costs.

Any complaints regarding the standard and quality of the product or products bought by consumers should be directed to Wholesale Angel.
