Delivery Policy

For now we only ship within UAE. Chilled and frozen delivery costs a little more than the delivery on our other sites, but this is because of the exceptional standard we uphold with our delivery partner, Transcorp.

A purchase below AED 500, the delivery cost is AED 40.

A purchase above AED 500, the delivery is free of charge.

Wholesale Angel will take great care to ensure that you receive all purchased items in perfect condition and in a timely manner with no faulty or wrong orders.

We deliver twice weekly from 10:00AM and 5:00PM (Sunday to Thursday). All orders received by Wholesale Angel before the cut-off of 5pm will be processed and delivered in the next 48 hours. A confirmation e-mail will be sent at the e-mail address you provided when you registered your order.

We will only attempt to deliver your order once in the requested time slot to the delivery address that you have provided. Please note that a further charge is payable for the second delivery attempt if the first attempt fails unless this is the fault of Wholesale Angel and this delivery failure was logged at the first attempt.

We will make every effort to deliver within the time-slot stated in your order, but the Company will not be liable for any possible loss caused by late delivery.

At Wholesale Angel, we understand the importance of ‘On-Time’ delivery, so please notify us either by telephone or email if you do not receive your goods within a reasonable time.

To track your order please use your tracking number and visit the delivery page or application of our delivery partner which will be sent to you.

Order Availability

Products on Wholesale Angel are readily available for sale as long as they are in stock. Any buyer shall be notified through e-mail or by phone for orders which cannot be fulfilled for the time being.

If you are looking for a very specific product, you are welcome to share your request and we will do our best to get it as soon as possible for you.
